  On my previous visits over the last 10 years I have always received good service with a smile and a reasonable price to go with the complexity of the task at hand.
  Yesterday I met the new valet who opted on the approach that my car was classed as such and irrelevant to the fact that it only needed a light wash & vacuum and wipe the price was as per list maximum.
  So the old friendly and approachable was out the door.
  My car was not washed at Taren Point and I won't be supporting the new business model in the future.

  For a $350 full detail you would expect better results. These dirt marks came off in 2 seconds with the wipe of a rag and there was many more spots throughout the car were similar.. Little attention to detail, only reason they didn’t get one star as the boys were polite and fixed it for me when I said I wasn’t happy. I won’t be back here again.

  Drove our cars in on the Saturday of a long weekend and the guys there were able to do a thorough detail, including an exterior cut and polish on both vehicles in just 3hrs for half the price I'd been quoted elsewhere in the area.
  Super friendly service too. Can recommend!

  I paid $95 for a wash and polish on a suv. I’m writing this as I’m fed up with being ripped off with a poor job every time and obviously no time to go back and address the issue.
  When you pay for a service like a wash and polish you expect the roof to be polished as well. Every time with no fail the car is cleaned but the roof is not touched. Perhaps they should think about mentioning the roof is not included in the polish if they are too bothered to do it and maybe then they can also readjust the price of a full car wash and polish.
  Never again!! Out of principal!!
  And for the record, this is not an oversight!! You can easily fix this by being honest and perhaps offering loyal customers with more than 2 cars some good old fashioned service.. if you’re smart enough to take the payment you should be smart enough to fix this. I’ll give you a hint.. invite me back for a complimentary details polish including the roof and I’ll gladly give you a 5 star review.

  Amazing service, friendly staff.
  I can’t recommend them more! After years of using a variety of services I have found star car wash Taren point to be the best experience.
  I have a large dog who scratched up and dirtied the interior leather and they polished it back to looking brand new, removed all the muddy grubby marks and managed to get all the sand out from the carpet
