  My daughter visited because her vision had been slightly blurred recently at middle distances. They performed a range of tests, created a prescription but also told her that she probably didn't really need glasses because the problem was so minor. So they made no money from my daughter but were incredibly ethical. Well done SpecSavers Miranda! You will certainly have our business from now on because you have demonstrated your trustworthiness.

  Lexi and Imogen were very friendly and helpful in assisting us from getting our eye tested till picking up our glasses. They were very understanding of our needs and even give us suggestion for the frames when we asked for help. They are very flexible with the appointment too when I walk-in without any appointment. Highly recommend this store if you happen to visit Specsavers at Miranda. The only thing I would say to do better is, the range of frames. I find most Specsavers (regardless of location) doesn't have much variety of frames. Maybe you could consider improving on that. Otherwise, the overall experience with the team is really good.

  Received the best customer service from the team at Specsavers Miranda. Everyone was so helpful and listened to my needs. I was able to get an eye test and prescription prior to choosing my new frames and glasses. I've been coming here for years and they just get better and better.

  Went there to get my glasses readjusted. Was welcomed by 3 very friendly specsavers staff members who came at me from all sides and were more than happy to help. My glasses were fixed up in no time at all and I was on my way.
  Great service , awesome staff and it's great to see some happy smiling welcoming faces to top off the start of your day !.

  The staff at Specsavers are very friendly, efficient and proffesional.
  
  I bought some glasses from them with the AHM prommotion that they were running.
  
  Now i have two pairs of glasses, fully balanced, great frames.
  
  The glasses cam within a week. The glasses are awesome and so are the staff here.
  
  Cannot recommend them any higher.
  
  Amazing store
