    I am new customer for about 4 months and gonna be 2 years.
    I satisfied with the service, especially Dr Monica Mullane, she help me alot and friendly, with her assistant aswell.
    My teeth for 3 months are much better

    Smile Design is really poor with time management. Had an appointment at 10 and was not seen till 12 how can they run 2 hours late at 10am. Really poor. Last thing you need during Covid times is to sit around in waiting rooms. If they had an issue surely a text would have been helpful to delay our arrival. You need to do much better.

    Terrible time management. Only 1 dentist and over 5 assistants that don’t expedite things other than telling you where to sit. They never see clients on time, average waiting time is 1 hour. Receptionist only tells you if they are running late when you ask, horrible customer service.

    expect min 1 hour to see the dentist after your appointment time. We had the pleasure of waiting 2 hours today, ask the receptionist why and you'll get the scripted "medical emergencies have pushed us back or oh it was on time earlier today"

    just poor poor patient scheduling and in my opinion greedy practice trying to jam 40 patients into a 25 max day.

    Pro tip: if your appointment is 3:30 get there at 4 that way it's only maybe a 30 min wait.

    wish i could have given them 1/2 star...

    Fast, friendly and professional.
    We were in within 5 minutes and got my sons braces done with no hassles. I can see why this business is successful.
