She destroyed my wedding dress, by doing an incredibly amateur job of doing the fitting for my dress, which meant that when I wore the dress the seams ripped because she made it too tight. She blamed me, saying I put on weight, when I've actually lost weight from the stress of planning the wedding.
When I took the dress to be repaired by another dressmaker she was shocked at the poor workmanship.
Don't risk it ladies. Go somewhere else to have your dress fitted. - Cherelle Kennedy Added May 11, 2020★ ★ ★ ★ ★I found my "The One" moment with my dress as soon as I walked in the door of Lu Elle! They have a great range of bridal dresses and the staff are really friendly. It was great having a free hemming done in store. As an extra bonus they discount their limo service if you buy your dress from them and their dry cleaning and preserving service is really competitive. You get treated in a very personal way unlike other bridal dress stores where you feel like you're in a factory. Also the store smells absolutely divine!

Being a curvier female, I had some issues with what I wanted to wear on my big day. And have next to no fashion sense when it comes to dress Lucy was every understanding and really helpful.
I would love to give her 1000 stars but I can only leave 5. Will highly recommend this shop to everyone!
