  I visited Ultratune Miranda in August 2017 when my car required work. While there, the mechanic spoke mostly only to my partner and when he did speak to me, I felt as if his tone of voice was talking down to me. After my experience here I was left feeling degraded and taken advantage of. I was not informed of the work that would be done or an estimated price until after the work was performed. I was also informed by other people in the motor industry that information I was given was not correct and prices were higher than they should have been. I do not recommend this mechanic due to my own experience with them.

  I've never come across a friendlier and more trustworthy mechanic. Every experience I've had with them so far has been a pleasure. They are straight to the point of what's wrong and will give you raw, honest feedback. The few times I've been there I've always been given part of the service free of charge because the mechanic was truely wanting the car to run at its best rather than make him more money. Great family team who are easy to talk to and accommodating of busy schedules.
