    No sense of time management. Expect to wait an hour and more! Ridiculous whats the point of having an appointment system if it is not honoured. Rubbish

    They text you a appointment reminder, 10 minute per appointment is reduclious I had to wait over 1 hour each time I went. Please fix this problem

    Absolutely sensational service by Dr Pang and his team. Seen 3 doctors overseas with no success since leg injury a couple of weeks ago, landed in Sydney and his team jumped onto my issue with a completely different approach and helped rectify not just for swift result - but to eliminate scaring. Thank you so much guys, highly recommended.

    What a terrible dermatology clinic....
    1. The receptionist very very rude
    2. They charge too much money for Zero treatment.
    3. Unprofessional clinic and they should train the staff customer service.
    4. They don't even deserve a star
    5. STAY AWAY even if it's for free

    Doctor gave me a script and told me there was a repeat included. Come to find there is no repeat, called up and I was told to come past and pick up the repeat. Got charged over $100 for my 1 minute "appointment" to pick up the script. This happened THREE separate times where he failed to include the repeat that he said was included, and made me pay. In the 3-4 months I was seeing the doctor I paid well over $800 just from coming back to unnecessary 2 minute appointments to pick up my script repeat. Massive rip off and terrible service. Never going back.
