  Would NOT recommend
  
  The DR rushed through appointment in 10min net approx (plus was on apparently urgent private call for 5).
  Asked 2-3 questions. Jumped to conclusion in 30sec and been dismissive of any questioning and attempts to add some context for the rest of the chat.
  Provided no added value to what GP has already granted.
  Wasted $270.

  AVOID! Absolutely atrocious! My 18yo daughter and I had the misfortune of meeting this person. When she was undressed, being “examined” THE CLERICAL STAFF JUST WALKED IN. TWICE!!! COMPLETELY ENTERING THE ROOM. No knocking. No excuse us. And he walks on over and talks to them. And they can see my daughter. UNDRESSED!!
  I’ve worked in hospitals for over 20 years. This guy should not be delivering “patient care”. He doesn’t care. At all. Doesn’t listen. You will leave with the skin issue unresolved. Your questions rudely unanswered and your blood pressure sky high! What a waste of $270.

  Worst doctor I’ve ever experienced creates the most stressed out environment and doesn’t care about any other problems can you bring him and the front desk ladies just walk into the appointment room what happens if someone was naked worst environment in the world very unsatisfied especially as a young person

  My experience was only positive. My baby got an emergency appointment for the next day. Receptionist rang me twice to tell me Dr Pang was running late and to delay my arrival. Dr Pang was professional and concerned about my son's condition. He asked the relevant questions, took notes and examined the boy. I cannot fault my experience, the staff or doctor

  STAY AWAY. Without a doubt the worst medical experience I've had. Appointment with Dr. Bryan Pang at 1pm, arrived at 1pm to be told immediately that he won't be ready until at least 1:40. Got in just after 2pm.
  
  Hadn't read the referral letter, thought I was here for something completely different.
  
  After I finished (I had a mole removed), the bill was $430, with approx $200 covered by Medicare. Happy to pay just would have liked to have been informed of the cost of the procedure BEFORE I had it done.
  
  20 minutes later on the way home I got a call asking if I had come in today....??
  
  2 days later Medicare rebate hasn't been deposited into my account so I checked the receipt and it turns out they billed me as the wrong patient!
  
  Called them up and mentioned this and the receptionist, without any apology, confirms this and also that I was billed for the wrong procedure too. Turns out my procedure was more expensive with less Medicare rebate. $380 out of pocket without prior mention.
  
  No apology from receptionist only excuses: "the woman who served you was new", "you know how busy it gets".
  
  Asks me to pay the extra $100 over the phone immediately, when I say not right now her reply: "they will start sending people after you if you don't pay".
  
  1 week later I get an invoice for $127.00 for pathology of the mole in the mail.
  
  2 weeks later to get my stitches out, I chose a 9.20am booking because how can a doctor be running late for their first appointment? Not seen until 9:45am. Ask him about which procedure I had and he confirms that I was billed for wrong patient and wrong procedure. I Pay for the $529 correct bill, still no apology.
  
  At least they were kind enough to say they will get the pathology invoice bulk billed...
  
  Wait another 20 minutes for a 30s procedure to get 2 stitches out.
  
  The whole practice seems to me motivated purely by making money, without any care or respect for patients and their time.
  
  I will recommend to my GP's practice that they not refer any patients here. If you have a similar experience I suggest you do the same, as their behaviour won't change unless they are financially motivated to do so.

  Waited an hour to be seen. Told we were next and someone else goes in before us. Crap service. Everyone in the waiting room near death so I doubt much could be done to help them. Seemed like it was there to rip old people off. We won't go back.
