I ended up ordering two very nice rings at a very reasonable price. It wasn't the first jewelry store I had been to that day, but it was by the far best. And following this, they have continued to provide advice, cleaning and help when I have needed it. Five stars.

The staff are very rude, unprofessional and self-entitled ("I've been working here for 15 years").
The staff members (middle-aged/elderly European women) are a poor reflection of the owner. Of which, makes good jewellery.
They pass the blame over to the consumer when in fact it is their fault. They are happy to sell products which are on lay buy by other people.
The staff were happy to point their fingers at my wife's face, yell at her and demean her. No one deserves that type of treatment.
We will be taking our issue to Consumer Affairs. An agreement was made. Yet they were happy to change the terms and conditions of the lay buy without my consultation. Would you be happy with that?
If you look at the yellow pages website, you can see the other bad reviews of this place. There are plenty of other places that is recommend over this place.
Previously we recommended people to get jewellery from here. That will not continue.
