Soon after the optus hack issue, I realised my account have had multiple orders on pending,l. Therefore, i couldn't make any new orders. Kim, the store manager stepped in after things got complicated. And after an hour of fixing things in the system, she has helped resolve all the issues. Now, i have an Iphone 14 pro for my wife. Thanks to the team at optus miranda as well. Cheers!

We had a billing issue due to change of name on account. A young store person was very knowledgeable and patiently explained the issue until we were completely satisfied. - Sergei V Added December 05, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am sorry to say that but Optus staff is only client oriented when they can get something from you like selling you services/phones. However once they realise that they can't get anything from you or if you need something from them, like cancellation of a service they are not as friendly and assisting or approachable. That's a shame. That business model can hardly be called client oriented.
