    Staff are slow, rude and unhelpful. They refused to fill out documents for ceritifying when the documents required someone from Aus Post to complete. I will go elsewhere in future to avoid the staff here. However I'm sure this delights the staff as they treat you like you're inconveniencing them anyway.

    Condecending and Rude white old lady
    Racist and give dirty eye contact and just impatient from the first second of my visit.
    Did not even send a msg to me about their the break down of their system on the day of my booking for TFN.
    rebooked my visit 3 times
    very disappointed
